I brought in my shoes after a hit-and-miss experience at Kaner's that left me feeling a bit sick at having paid that kind of money for nothing.
Brought in my shoes to this little (very cute) shop in the basement, and my boots look like brand spanking new. I am about to take back 6 more pairs to get various other things done to them, because I trust them to do what they say they'll do.
The prices are very reasonable, $5 for a polish that is professional beyond belief, is better than what I can do at home and aout $10 for fixing the ripped up leather on the toes is also very reasonable. Adding some grippy soles to my shoes is about $15. Well worth every penny.
P.S. I paid in cash. I don't think they take any kind of card there, so be forewarned.
