  • So glad that Hitchhiker is expanding. Their brews are fabulous! Seriously-- never had a bad beer from these guys. Their Sharpsburg space is really large. The bar has plenty of space, there are tons of tables, and it's wide open enough that you can stand around and not feel on top of one another. It's nothing fancy, but the industrial feel really works well for what they're going for. You can sit inside the main bar or in the room where they keep the brewing equipment. They do super cool and innovative brews. The next up is going to be for Halloween: they're incorporating Count Chocula cereal...I mean, come on!! Too fun! 10/10 would ago again. A perfect stop on a self guided Pittsburgh brew tour!
