Expected much more from Giada. Don't even know where to start. The shrimp on my pasta tasted chalky, not plump and juicy. The sourcing agent here should ask Viva Arepas where they get their wonderful shrimp. Our pasta course was a tiny bowl of tasteless pasta for way too much money. Not sure what that was about. Prosciutto plate was also kinda bland and didn't pack a flavorful punch. Service was great and the view of the strip was wonderful from the 2/3 floor.
