  • Agents look at you like you're intruding when you walk in. Tried to transfer title for car my brother just purchased. Needed emissions. No problem. Got that done. Returned with emissions, and the agent would not do the transfer because of my brother having an out of state license. She saw his license the first time we were there, and she did not mention it at all. I mentioned that I still had an out of state license when I bought my car, and they were still able to do it. She looked at my brother with a snotty attitude and said, "I guess you need to go to DMV."
