I have many fond memories of Mi Patio. Most of them include wandering over here between classes at Phoenix College for $2.50 margaritas and comforting, greasy, cheese enchilladas. This small, local Mexican restaurant has the nicest (most efficient) staff who are quick to refill your glass, grab you another margarita, and dish out those warm, crispy house-made chips and salsa. The chips and salsa alone are addicting, but their rice and beans (that thankfully don't taste like they're from a can) and their cheesy-but-festive decor, friendly staff, and very local feel keep people coming. Ample free parking and the occasional table to table mariachi band? Count me in. I never get soft drinks here, but their freshly blended Horchata is AMAZING and is probably my favorite horchata in AZ.
