  • It's a billing factory, they don't listen to your needs, they simply force you through their blanket approach to back pain. Then to top it off they will continue to send you billing notices long after your bill has been paid, in my case, 4 weeks after making a payment I was sent a letter threatening collections, how can you send someone to collections that has no debt? Avoid them, find a different solution.
