  • Got a call from Damian who was successful in capturing and holding my attention long enough to talk me off about Auto Glass Replace without being pushy or high-pressure, At first I was put off, since this was a cold call, and intended to put Damian through the paces to earn my business since there are so many out there, I wanted to know what made him Special? Damian was polished, perfected, knowledgeable and informed. I was highly impressed by Damian's calm, cool, collected demeanor and ability to answer my questions and concerns regarding cost to me, if any, and he did it without attitude or a condescending tone in his voice. Damian connected us to a 3rd Party Michael Brown who represents Link Srvcs. who serves as liaison between my Insurance Co., Auto Glass Buddy, and myself, to confirm and clarify BEFORE Services are rendered, that my Policy with State Farm in fact had zero deductible, and this would be of no cost to me. Damian heard my rebuttal concerning after-factory installation of a 6-8 in. Band of Window Tinting on my windshield that I would be losing with replacement and offered complimentary window tint replacement in exchange for replacing the one that already had it. I followed-up with a phone call to Shannon (co-owner) to advise her what a fine representative of AGB she had in Damian. Well done all around. Low impact to me. Scheduled to arrive at my house to install tomorrow between the hours of 10am-2pm. Verified with Damian's personal business cell recapping the events of today. Awaiting installation 8/29 between 10am and 2pm. I would recommend Damian be acknowledged and recognized for Exceptional Performance of his job. Shared this with Shannon. She thanked me for calling.
