  • My past review of this place was completely wrong and I thought they were just a bunch of scam artists. Last night I called them at 2 am and they answered the phone and I told them that my puppy tea cup yorkie poo I bought 2 nights ago from them was coughing so much but there is no mucous. They told me that in the contract I signed they will cover all medical expenses within 72 hours of purchase which I didn't even read (stupid me) because I was so excited about my new purchase. They are contracted with AAA animal clinic on Flamingo and Rainbow and the next day the owner even met with me in the morning and I really saw that she wanted to help me make my puppy feel better. I don't think any other puppy shop would ever do this and this has changed my mind about this place. The vet even said that my animal doctor gave the puppy the wrong medication as it's too strong for a puppy and can really hurt her gums. This concerns me now about VCA animal hospital. I can tell that AAA animal clinic vet was very genuine. The vet gave my puppy an anti-biotics shot and gave me another set of antibiotics to take home. My puppy just has a upper respiratory infection due to the cold and harsh weather and it's not kennel cough as her lungs are completely clear. When I purchased my puppy teacup yorkie poo it was completely okay in the shop but the vet said because it's so young and was exposed to outside elements when I took her as well as being introduced to a new environment the puppy became very stressed. I completely understand and I would recommend Puppy town to anyone just for this wonderful gesture of coming with me to the vet at 9am on a Saturday morning to give me some consolidation. Next time I will make sure to contact them first before making any decisions on my own and reading over my contract.. Thank you puppy town for giving me my baby that I love so so much!
