  • I really enjoyed the school. Don the teacher was entertaining and educational. The lessons are memorable. He would often quiz you while you are making other drinks. At first it was annoying but by the end it was a good way to relate drinks to each other. I feel more comfortable behind a bar now. I would recommend this class to anyone, just remember that what you put in is what you get out.
