My previous review was removed so I'll rewrite because I feel so strongly about this place and treatment of its customers. I purchased a groupon and the earliest available appt told to me was one week out. My nail experience was horrible. The removal of the old polish was visibly incomplete before the student was ready to polish. I brought it to her attention with the manager in earshot. Rather than take a look at the nail and advise the student the manager gave me a hard time first then realized I was right at which point she realized the student did not have the right tool for removal which is why it took roughly 15 mins or longer to remove the old polish. I don't mind having a student who has challenges. I didn't appreciate what I felt to be bullying by the manager at every opportunity she had. I fully understand the other reviews that share the same experience. It was horrible.
