  • My husband purchased my wedding set here eight years ago. Two years ago an accent diamond broke and fell out of the band. I was devastated. Despite the fact that I had missed a few of my inspections and cleanings they still replaced the stone for free. I was so impressed! They keep all of the information on file so I don't have to remember the packet of paperwork which is awesome because I never do. The only reason that I am giving them four stars instead of five is because there are often only two or three employees even during peak hours, there is no number system so they just guess who is next in line and sometimes the wait is excessive. When I do go in for a cleaning, I am often skipped over for purchasing customers and occasionally the staff gets an attitude about doing a cleaning while there are sales to be made. Overall, I am very please with this place, just don't expect to make friends with the sales people unless you are here to spend money.
