  • Art's!? Ok this is a "hood" bar in the city. There will be a huge mean looking security guard at the door just smile and lift your arms. It will be dark inside with dark people inside. The music will be either rap or r&b. Keep walking to the window at the back of the bar and order some of the best wings in Pittsburgh. Then grab a seat at the bar and order one of the cheapest drinks in the strip. It may come in 2 glasses if there's pour over. Chill till your food is ready and then leave, but I suggest that you check your privilege and stay a while.
