  • I can't say enough good things about the crew in this store. My snafu was with a return, that wasn't supposed to be returnable. ( huh?everyone told me I had 14 days). Meanwhile bit the bullet and upgraded to a better IPad knowing I could return the original. Well, can't do this with a replacement.( huh??). Well, they found a way to assist me and I am grateful. I was getting very upset and the Apple crew truly went above and beyond to find a successful way to resolve all this. And then patiently assisted me in setting up my new apparatus which I had ordered directly from Apple. I wish I knew the young ladies names... Nice to deal with a company that keeps a loyal customers very happy. I really appreciate the professionalism they exuded while I was, um, ridiculously frustrated. Thanks Summerlin Apple
