  • This a review related to the customer service and my experience on buying hardware for my mirror. I can't vouch for their work on the glass or mirror install side. Dan Bradley Glass was referred to me by the company remodeling my master bathroom. I needed a cut to size large J-mold. I called them late one afternoon. They were very patient on the phone and you can tell the young woman who answered the phone kept going back and forth to their shop to ask me clarifying questions so they made sure they had what I needed. I'm a novice and nobody got upset at me when I clearly didn't know all the answers to the questions they were asking me. They guided me through the questions and told me that they had it in stock. I went there the next day to purchase the J-mold. EVERYONE greeted me and when the woman helping me (likely the same person from the phone call the day before) walked around to check some things for me, all the office employees made sure I was being helped. The shop has an old Vegas feel that I love. They cut the J-mold to size for me in their adjoining machine shop to match my old one. The whole encounter took about 15 minutes. The price was also incredible and cheaper than area hardware stores which didn't even have a size close to what I needed. I will be back if I need anything.
