| - Don't recommend them because of their customer service. I am not one to complain, but today I went there with my mother in law & she had forgotten to grab an item, so I told her I would wait in line while she went & got it. (Very busy day with long lines) I waited there for a good 5 minutes. During that time, the cashier named MARGARITA on register 12 walked around the register to count the # of ppl there were left, pointed at us individually, "1, 2, 3," & walked back. A lady had gotten behind me speaking to us and my son who was with me. My mother in law comes back and continues to take her spot in line and the cashier rudely yells, "Uh huh, no! I'm closing!" I nicely said I was standing in line already even before the lady that was behind me and she yells again and says, "Nope, you need to go to another aisle!" She turned around, rolled her eyes and called me a b****. She was extremely rude & then to talk to a customer like that!!! First off, I was honestly in line. How are you going to take the person after me but not me when I was there first off. The point is, maybe she had mistaken that I was with the lady behind me since she was talking to us, but the cashier could have genuinely took the time to hear me out and ring us up. I work in customer service and managed a store myself and if it's a busy day & you have customers to ring up & that means taking an extra 2-3 minutes to provide the service they deserve, then so be it. You are getting paid for it. My mother in law nicely tells her, "That's ok, we will go in this next line." We walk over and as we are standing in line, I look over & the cashier is looking at us & clearly speaking about us to her lead cashier, laughing as she's ringing a customer up. Very unprofessional! Every other Sams club, I have never had an issue with.
