I had my Subaru for three years, it was a lease. I had great service in their sales department. I had a lot of questions and they answered all of them. They were all very nice, you don't always get great experience in the sales area. When it came to getting the oil changed on the car it was a completely different experience. The first time I went and got the oil changed on my Subaru it was a long wait. I was expecting this as it can take a long time. I was told my car would be ready in about an hour. After waiting three hours I was pretty angry. I went and asked how much longer the service would take and they would tell me another 30 minutes each time. If I would have been given a three hour wait I would have stopped by another time or went somewhere else.
Every 6000 miles I dreaded coming back because I would get the same bad service. The representatives were rude and I would end up waiting three hours. Even after making appointments I was still left wondering how much longer my oil change would take. I ended up sending a letter just letting them know of my concerns and have not heard back. I would recommend the sales department but not the service department at this dealership.
