Bianca, please don't go there with me I've been here almost 6 years and your office has been horrible since you took over. I never had any issues with the management team or maintenance staff when it was owned by Camden. You weren't on all the phone calls I made or in my apartment when I had explained issues 5+ times at a time. My apartment hallway flooded 3 times in less than 2 weeks and don't let me put up videos and pictures. I understand you are only doing your job but when you don't know half of what I've experienced is best you just sit in that office and answer those phones. I called the District Manager John almost 2 months ago and he still hasn't returned my calls. Tell the people why I canceled an appointment because I told the manager Precious I don't have the mental and physical strength to deal with her incompetent staff! So this is why you shouldn't comment the way you did because I'll tell ALL THE TRUTH AND THE WHOLE TRUTH!!! Last time I came in the office is when I left work to pop-up on the work being performed in my home and the dry wall worker not laying plastic down and dirty tools in my tub and sink and his dirty boots in my tub because he thought the resident want going to be home. When I walked in the office I said I did a pop-up on purpose just to prove the staff doesn't care about the residents and their property. I requested someone come clean everything he messed up and all the saw dust that was over all my belongings in my room and the cleaning person cane the following day and did a horrible job. I had to work a long day and still come home to clean up behind the cleaner. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I suggest you take this lost because the next thing I'll do is post pictures and videos because you know I have them!!! Did I mention 2 other residents came in the office complaining about their units plumbing/flooding while I was in there about the dirt and saw dust all over my bedroom.
