  • This is a review of the service department, I have not purchased a car here but I have been very satisfied working with Randy Ott both times I brought my Jetta in for service. Both times I had my car fixed promptly and even a courtesy phone call with an update on "where they're at" with the repair and updated estimated time to be completed. Randy also took it upon himself to contact the warranty company to make sure the repairs are covered. I now use this as my primary VW service center because of that. Looking forward to purchasing a car here when I trade in my Jetta in November.
