For several years, my father has been coming to this salon. I used to have a hair dresser I frequently and consistently got my haircuts from but he recently quit his current salon and is in the process of moving to another one. However my ends are so dry and get tangled horribly so I decided to take my chances with a trim.
Patty cut my hair, lacking every ounce of gentleness even after I said my hair was dry and damaged and I needed to cut off the tangled ends. With a comb, she practically ripped out the knots from my head. But I should have known this salon raised a red flag when she didn't shampoo my hair. And there are some stylists who do an amazing dry cut, but my past experiences have shown me that not washing hair ends up in uneven ends and an overall choppy look.
I asked for a lot of blended layers, and my hair looks like it was layered with a butcher's knife. You can literally tell where a layer starts and where it ends because it is so square and poorly done. It isn't a great cut, and I most certainly will never be back to this salon, but I can walk out in public I guess.
