  • I work for an apartment complex and ordered a cake and cupcakes for a resident event. I was told my order would be ready at 2PM. I went in about 2:30 and my order wasn't done at all. I spoke to Diana in the Bakery (Manager) she apologized that they had dropped the ball and was going to comp my whole order! Now if that's not customer service, I don't know what is. I would recommend them to anyone even though my order wasn't done on time.
