I wish I could give this company as a whole less than 1 star. I reached out to the corporate office several months ago due to some issues I was having with 2 of their office locations, the 59th Ave. office being one of them. I waited and waited and never received anything other that a confirmation that they received my complaint. I reached out a few more times and still never received any type of response from their customer service department or their corporate office. One month ago I reported my issue to the Better Business Bureau and was advised when the corporate office receive the BBB complaint. It has now been several weeks and The Joint corporate office has made no effort to respond to the communications between the BBB and them. Clearly they do not care that some of their "chiropractors" are doing harm to patients and that their customer service/receptionists are clearly lacking in policies/procedures/customer service skills. Shame on this company for not taking responsibility for their employees actions and doing physical and monetary damage to clients.
