I was "sold" by sales rep Derek, who was very arrogant, to purchase glass case cover for $40 and NO otter box as the glass front would cover any breakage! My husband explained to him, I drop it all the time and he INSISTED, demonstrating by smashing it on counter, that it will not break. Well, two weeks later I dropped it and my cover shattered. I took it back, while Derek was selling another customer on the very same idea, I was told no manager was in. I spoke with Derek and he basically said my husband and I lied, he would never sell in that manner. We called back later and manager basically said same thing. Terrible customer service.
Sprint has you with a great plan but awful customer service. Insurance on the phone is $200 and you are not guaranteed a new phone, it could be a refurbished phone with. 1 year warranty.
