  • I found the trainers to be pretty good, facility clean and well maintained but the management lacking. Had to cancel my personal training contract for medical reasons, did so ACCORDING TO THEIR CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS and they still continued to deduct funds from my account. Once this was pointed out to management they responded that they would get "right back" to me which they did not. Had to go through my bank to get my money back. Poor business ethics so buyer beware because even if you fulfill your contractual obligation with this gym, they may not.
