  • Customer service goes a really long way, and they hit the nail on the head here. Whether it be by phone or in person, they make you feel so taken care of, which is pretty unique for mechanics from my experience. Prices are very reasonable, and they give free warranties on certain parts which I wasn't expecting. Bonus: They bring their adorable little dogs to work and have the cutest puppy play room set up. I'm a big animal person so I might be biased, but I think anyone that takes that great of care to their animals will take that great of care to another person.
