I switched to this bank after having a number of bad experiences with Ohio Savings Bank.
My experiences with this bank were largely good. They never did anything terribly shady, and their products offered were above-average. The wait times were never that long, and they had a number of ATM's around the Cleveland area.
There is one reason that I have given this bank three stars instead of four:
I was a bit frustrated by the fact that they denied my application for a credit card (I had no established credit at the time) in spite of the fact that I had had an account for them for over a year and had managed it well, not to mention that I had a significant amount of cash in it at all times. Instead they offered me the option of a "secured" credit card that sounded a little bit like a scam, although less so than other offers (it involved $500 sitting in an account interest-free to "secure" a credit card with a $500 credit limit--but no fees of any sort). I did not take the offer. It seemed a bit like lunacy to me. I was frustrated that the people at this bank were unable to offer a reasonable way for me to establish credit.
