  • We have ordered from Empire several times. The food is good, however, the service is terrible. The orders take literally hours to get here and items we paid for are not received. We called Empire to complain and were told that the driver would bring it back to us. On a previous occasion, we were told they would credit us and then when we ordered, they refused the credit. This time, our beef and broccoli wasn't received and when we called, she said she won't credit or refund us and don't order from them again and HUNG UP. When I called back, they wouldn't answer the phone. We gave them another shot, but this was the last time.
