  • I've been here a quite few times. It has become my favorite bike shop in town. The good: You get acknowledged right away. The owner (I believe) is very knowledgable, super helpful and patient. They are good salesmen while not being pushy. No arrogance here. I've had simple issues like dérailleur alignment, trueing a tire, and installing a chain that have been done while I waited 10 to 15 minutes. Even while working on my bike I watched them help others and treat them the same way I was treated. The small issues I've taken them to repair were really reasonably priced (so much so that I felt guilty and bought other items). I personally like the setup of the shop and the ability to see my bike while it's being taken cared off. Prices for merchandise are moderate. The bad: Some items that I've shopped for they did not have in stock but I still bought other items only because they treated me so good. One of the mechanics does a "Critical Mass Ride" that is horribly unorganized and a bit dangerous due to the young riders antics.
