  • Went to Craig Road Car Wash this weekend and I'm never going back. I've been going there for the past couple of years with no problems until this weekend. So, I go and get into my truck after it was washed and noticed some thing laying on the passenger side floorboard. I then notice that it's the oh s*#t handle from the driver side. After looking at it closer I saw that it had been ripped off. When I asked the manager Charles what happened he said it just came off when one of the employees was trying to get in the truck. Ok, I'm cool with that, shit happens. The part I'm pissed about is nothing was said to me about it and the total lack of any responsibility from management. I was given the number to their corporate office which I think is BS because it's a magic Jack number and after multiple calls and a message no one has responded. With all that being said I will not be returning. SO BEWARE IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!
