Decided to cut down as much as possible on grains and sugar. This is based on family members getting Diabetes and doing reading on the latest science along with a few books like Go Wild by John Ratey, Brain Maker by David Perlmutter and Wheat Belly by William Davis. Still going to have burgers and fries or the occasional donut, I am not fanatical about it. Just think it's worth trying out to see what happens.
This place will be a large help with that.
Cheesecake? alternatives to grain pasta and bread? sugar free condiments? it's a small place but they have so much that I hadn't even known existed before.
