So we purchased one item that does not work for the bike we have and we charged it. The receipt was destroyed by a coffee spill. My credit card statement clearly shows Eddys Bike Shop in Stow for the amount of the one item that was purchased one month ago but they will not return it for credit-just store credit-meaning I have to buy something. By the way, it is a huge $25 so way to lose a customer and get a bad review over $25!
Customer Service? I don't think so-Just say no here and go elsewhere
