| - My best friend and I went in on a Friday evening after 4pm. We didn't have to wait to long, considering they were jammed packed. We got seated next to each other which was nice, since with how busy it was we weren't sure if that was going to happen. However, when it came to them actually doing our nails the ladies clearly did not listen to a thing we said. I told the manicurist that I was getting the Bio Gel Full Set with a French Manicure and a single silver sparkle line underneath. (My wedding day was the next day so I wanted my nails to look perfect) She nodded her head and said "Okay, no problem". So everything was going according to plan, the French manicure was in place and she was just finishing up. Then she quickly tells me to please go wash my hands. I looked at her (knowing I didn't get my additional silver glitter line underneath the French Manicure) but went along with it thinking she had a specific way of doing it. I even asked her when I was about to get up, we are going to do the silver glitter underneath correct? She nodded and waved her hands for me to go wash them. I come back and sit down waiting for her, she comes back with another client and shoo's me out of the spot I was sitting in and tells me I am done. She literally got me out of that chair so fast, I didn't have a chance to ask her what had happened to the rest of my manicure. So frustrated as I was, I settled for a simple French Manicure (No Tip) as she didn't do what I had asked and completely rushed me out like no tomorrow. Not to mention my best friends manicure had bubbles on bubbles in her gel manicure, it looked terrible. She complained about it, right then and there and all they kept saying was "I don't know how that happened" they weren't even willing to fix it for her, but gave her $5 back for the inconvenience. So overall we both didn't have a great first experience here and probably won't be back. Your very rushed, they don't listen to what you would like and when they mess up they just brush it off and move on to the next client. In my opinion that's not very professional seeming how they have all these awards.
