| - This is the place you want. Go here. You won't regret it.
This instantly landed a firm spot in my all-time favorite restaurants.
A group of us came here on a whim for Sunday brunch, and luckily only had to wait 30-40 minutes. My cohorts ordered the most glorious looking, fully loaded Bloody Marys. I was nursing a hangover that even hair of the dog couldn't cure, so I stuck with OJ, but I would definitely make the 3 hour drive again just to order one. Stuffed olives, peppers, pickles, oh my.
The entire menu looked appetizing. No really, the entire thing. And I'm a picky eater. I eventually went with the Gringo Burrito.. wait for it... AND the french toast. Two full-sized entrees. The burrito was huge: stuffed with all kinds of veggie/ meaty/ potato-y magic and other stuff I don't remember because I was in food ecstasy. Then topped with a green sauce that blew my mind. The french toast was thick and sweet, made with vanilla and cinnamon crispy goodness, I didn't even use maple syrup it was so flavorful.
I had about a quarter of the burrito and two slices of the french toast left that I boxed up for my long drive home, and you can bet it was gone inside my 50 mile mark.
This astronomical food brought me back to life after a weekend of sin juice & mayhem, this is true, but I will absolutely be making more visits here in the future. So incredibly good.
