  • Eklund Refrigeration and Air Conditioning replaced the HVAC in a duplex I purchased, and completed it very efficiently. I am an out-of-state investor and I am not in the property to experience the new HVAC system; so, I will let others provide their great reviews for Eklund Refrigeration on that. What meant a lot to me is that Calvin (owner) was very much willing to help in any way he can, even though it was not related to his job. I was comfortable in asking him questions about the property I bought because he's been there and my property manager took too long to respond that time. Calvin even offered to explain how to unlock the duplex to the painters because they cannot get in. Fortunately, Calvin explained the unlocking process to me so clearly that I just called a locksmith and the locks were fixed. Obviously not HVAC related, but I am very glad Eklund Refrigeration did my HVAC because knowing Calvin helped me get my property rent ready in more ways than one.
