  • I never tip at this place because I always have to touch up the car myself when I get home. Sometimes they don't even perform work they are supposed to include. Like today: -Dash not wiped down, smears all over it -instrument and gauge clusters completely ignored and still dusty -car not dry (!) -smears and streaks on the windows The retail and waiting area is dirty and run-down, probably hasn't seen a dime invested in it since opening. I'd say it's ripe for new ownership and someone really interested in making it a quality car wash. The staff is friendly and they deserve to work somewhere better. If I didn't have a coupon book from work, I'd go elsewhere.
