Best Buy is definitely doing their "best" to drive people to other retailers and on-line sources
I went in to learn about a Chromebook. The sales person did a nice job and we found one on sale that we really liked. We told the sales person we would be back tonight or tomorrow to purchase as we needed to get our gift cards
We returned the next day and the item was no longer on sale...$100 price increase We asked why he did not tell us about the sale ending and his only response was "ours Sales always end on Saturdays". I asked for a manager and got nothing out of him.
I will find a way to buy this on line or somewhere else...even if I pay more. These stores need to understand consumers have other options
