I thought I would take a moment and give you my thoughts about Vamp'd and the staff. My buddy and I were in Vegas for the Barrett-Jackson classic car auction from Sept 25 thru the 28th and decided to make a trip to Vamp'd. Since we are both car guys and love Counting Cars not to mention we have been metal and rock fans for years and thought that Vamp'd would be worth a visit. I can tell you we were not disappointed at all. We stopped out on Thurs the 26th and got the opportunity to see the local music scene at a great venue. The headliner was a group called Tuff and were terrific. All the bands in the line up were excellent and I only wish there was such a great rock scene where we live. I was amazed that there was no cover but happy because the cab ride to/from the strip was about $60 bucks.
I have been a longtime Pabst drinker and was surprised to see it on tap not to mention on special. Our bartender, Jenna was fantastic and she always checked back to make sure we had drinks or needed a menu or food. We didn't get a chance to order food but later in the night someone had a burger and fries next to us and it looked great!!
The doorman, I believe his name was Jay, was great. He was friendly and offered to call us a cab at the end of the night which was greatly appreciated.
All I can say is, Pabst on tap, great bands and warm weather, what's not to love about Vamp'd and Vegas!! Love the place and looking forward to getting back next time I'm in town!
