| - Meh. I booked this hotel through Hotwire's secret hotels and got a good deal ($87 for one night), but I probably would have been happier if I'd stayed somewhere else. I will admit to being a bit of a hotel snob, but I have stayed in much nicer Radissons, and I am usually just fine with a Courtyard by Marriott, which I would consider roughly on par with the Radisson brand. But this hotel just didn't do it for me. The service was fine, the room was quiet, the parking situation was acceptable, but the room just wasn't clean enough for me. It just felt...grimy.
I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot on the floor, and the mirror had streaks on it like it hadn't been cleaned properly, and I found several pieces of trash on the floor which looked suspiciously like food, possibly half eaten crackers (I didn't get close enough to them to say for certain). The light near the entrance also made a weird buzzing sound when it was turned on. The bed was not very comfortable, and the remote to change the firmness didn't work very well; I had to press the button multiple times and very hard in order to get it to work. I woke up many times in the middle of the night due to a lack of comfort with the bed. The room was also quite humid, which is a pet peeve of mine.
The staff were nice, the location was convenient, the room was quiet, and I appreciated that they had an ATM in the lobby (the lobby appeared much cleaner than the room). But I expect much more from the Radisson brand, and cleanliness is absolutely PARAMOUNT. I would definitely not stay here again.
