  • This dental practice is terrible the first time I called I got a answering service during business hours should have known. I spoke with 3 different people about my insurance change when I went in to have a wisdom tooth pulled the office manager came back gave me a quote I thought we were good to go after sitting in the chair for 3 hours got sent home to take antibiotics and then return only to find out that when I returned that all 4 office people who were given ins and card never changed the insurance so now I was being asked for 200 more dollars. The gal at the front desk named Melynda was so rude was very disrespectful in front of the other patients totally breaking hippa they never once admitted that they made a mistake that they were sorry Melynda just kept demanding the 200 $. As I felt that I was given a quote that should have been honored but Melynda who isn't the office manager and said she was then made the decision to refuse to see me in the middle of treat yes that's right in the middle of treatment which is also known as patient abandonment. This was during Thanksgiving holiday time and I called back to speak with manager who states that she doesn't believe that I was refused treatment and will check into it and get back to me and well 3 months later no call back however not surprising. They lost the other 3 members of my family as patients so save yourself the headache of having to deal with rude and unprofessional people who quite obviously need some serious training.
