| - I was very interested in a few units that they offered on their website. I found these units on HotPads early Monday morning. I went to the website to see that they were still listed and they were. Since that Monday, I had contacted at least three agents, Ryan, Laura, and Lyn. I left all three of them voicemails, and never received a call back. I was still interested, so I called back that same week on Thursday morning..still no response. I called back Lyn today, Thursday, March 26th, and I finally received an answer! Two of the properties I had been interested in were rented(but were still being advertised on the website and HotPads), and the other one he was not the agent of, so he refused to help me and stated I could only be helped by that agent...How can you not assist me, yet you are the designated broker of the company?!? Being sarcastic, I stated, "Well I guess I will just wait another week or so for Ryan to contact me back..." To which Lyn replied "Good, Bye"... Awful communication, snippy attitude from the broker, and inability to return a voicemail makes me happy I did no rent from this company, only to later find out that they have horrendous communication. It is unfortunate, because some of the units offered were really nice, but I will take my business elsewhere where customer satisfaction is taken into consideration.
