  • Extremely pleased with their service. My son purchased a town home and the previous home history was sketchy. He had "another" vent service, found via Groupon come out and as soon as they arrived they tried to up sell. Right off the bat they said it was too plugged and to do the dryer vent would be ANOTHER $159 above the Groupon price he paid.. He told them bye bye.. A-Z Air Duct was called because they were highly recommended by a friend and had good Angie's List reviews.. I went down to let them in for my son. We didn't really know where the vent exhausted out. Service guys Joe and Bryan quickly found that the vent was up on the second level and ran the cleaning rod down the vent from above and then from the dryer side. They removed a huge amount of lint. Now the dryer vent has great air flow. These guys even trimmed back the dryer vent behind the dryer that was coiled up. Very knowledgeable, friendly guys. Highly recommend A-Z Air Duct.
