I went in with severe pain, Kidney stone. The tech was awful getting an IV in (three sticks and barely got it working then. The MRI person was good and the doctor was friendly but problematic. He read the MRI report incorrectly and send me home to pass what he said was a 1.6mm stone. In fact what the report said was I had 1 6mm stone, a stone that big would never pass on it's own. I was in awful pain for several days. Would up having ESWL which blasted the stone. Could have been done days earlier. They were efficient in getting me to pay 1.1 K before I left. I guess their billing people can read a decimal. Now I know why the waiting lines are short there.
