Really glad that they take good care of you here. As soon as I pulled in, Noel immediately asked me if the techs could recreate the issue on my car on their own, or if I would like to have a tech shotgun in the car with me so I could show them the issue on my own.
I chose the second, and the tech immediately noticed the problem and confirmed that the issue was a clutch replacement. Yes, unfortunately the cost was very high, but the team was very accommodating as far as getting me a courtesy vehicle in the meantime for work and ensuring that I had everything else in the meantime to mitigate the stress of a $2000+ expense (parts and labor).
There is also plenty of pastries and even an ice cream machine in the waiting room opposite of the service shop, which I thought was pretty cool, haven't seen one of those in a while.
Plenty of parking on site, so you're covered there too.

As far as the other reviews pointing out being called by the sales department, do none of you know how to block a phone number? It's 2016 going into 2017 now.
