We ordered black pepper beef and garlic spinach and the sauce with the beef was fantastic, as was the spinach. The beef was thin cut bone-in, and tough. The low quality, fatty beef really ruined all the parts
that were good about the meal.
Wah Kee makes their noodles in house, and that deserves some attention. We've had their beehoon noodle dish that was very simple and tasty. Beehoon noodles are very thin rice noodles that are stir fried with varying ingredients and can be served dry or wet (saucy, or thinly coated without any sauce pooled underneath).
I think Wah kee's house made noodles are a huge draw and should be focused on when choosing from the menu.
