  • Extremely long wait times and they are unapologetic. I mean it's common decency to tell a client there's a long wait time and explain why, even if it is unexpected. Any urgent care for children should have some urgency. The front staff continued to talk about a patients mother in front of the whole room of waiting parents and children. Extremely unprofessional. This will be my first and last experience here.
