| - Best Vegas hotel I've ever stayed at by a mile.
I've been coming to the Four Seasons once a year for several years to attend a company event. Every single time I stay at the Four Seasons I am VERY impressed. Everything is clean, everything is calm, everything works, everything is maintained, and everything is pleasing to the senses.
Las Vegas hotels have become so shitty over the past 20 years that it's nice to see a place that still places value on making the guests comfortable and going above and beyond to make it a memorable stay.
One story from this stay that really made my day: I had just landed, took a cab to the hotel, and a very polite lady (can't remember her name but she had an accent and told me she was from Germany) checked me in. She told me she was going to walk with me to the room to make sure my key worked because they were having a problem with their computers at the time. So this young lady walked me all the way to the elevators, up to the 38th floor, and down all the way to the end of the hall just to make sure the door would open. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and had my key not work several times and not once has anyone ever escorted me to my room just because the key MIGHT not work (the key did work). Incredible customer service.
Last but not least, if you don't like to wait for things, this is your hotel. Like I said, I've been coming here for years, always on a weekend, and I've never once waited a single minute to check in or check out. I think one time I waited maybe two minutes for a cab. Never a wait at the coffee stand in the lobby. Love it!!!
Highly recommended.
