On 5/7/2017 the car ahead of us had a strap tied to their bumper and got caught in the car wash equipment and held that car in place. The employee wasn't aware of the situation or stop the conveyer belt until our car sitting on the conveyer belt placed in neutral repeatedly rammed into the car in front of us. After reviewing the tapes the car wash manager accepted responsibility and send us to Peoria Collision. It has been more than a week since the estimate; and after daily follow up with the collision center and the car wash corporate office no one has any resolution on the damage that was caused to my vehicle. The only message we have received so far is we are still waiting for the " General manager's approval". No direct number or the name of the person in charge is given out even when requested. The only response from the corp office is we will send him an email and let him know. The level of customer service at this company is horrendous.
