  • I've lived here for a little over 2 months and this place is amazing. We have the 2 bedroom Jewel layout which is about 1040 sq. ft. Pros: Very nice staff. Every thing is so new and nice looking. High counter tops. Awesome ceiling lights and ceiling fans. There's an outlet on every wall. Alarm system in every unit. Plenty of storage for me and my boyfriend. Huge, huge master closet. Kitchen is good size with plenty of room. They seem to enforce the rules so far. Cons: The parking isn't assigned. Water pump in the master bedroom makes a knocking noise every time someone uses water. We've mostly gotten used to it and don't care anymore. Their carpet could be nicer, but is also good enough. Totally worth the extra money for such nice luxuries. Out last apartment complex could not compare in the slightest.
