The guy working here or owner is rude. An old man was talking to him, a bit of communication problem because of language and the guy started being rude to the customer in front of everyone. Really sad. Doesn't matter if there's a communication gap or customers ask stupid questions, customer service is all about being nice, friendly and helpful to your customers. Not being rude just because you own a store and think your "a great businessman" as the guy there made sure to point out. FedEx is nearby, more expensive but much nicer staff.
