I absolutely love Kendra Scott. However, I do not live anywhere close to an actual store. So when I found out there was one in Chandler Mall (on vacation), I was excited.
When I walked in, I was greeted but throughout the experience, I felt very judged. I was wearing Kendra Scott earrings, so it's not like I was out of place. But as I looked around and went back and forth between some items, I just kept getting this awkward feeling.
I didn't buy anything due to this experience. I will just continue buying all my stuff online. Nothing against the products or Kendra Scott herself, mainly because of the employees at this allocation.
The store was clean and all the jewelry was nicely organized. I didn't realize the color bar was there because it's not one of the first things you see when you walk in. It's kind of off to the side compared to a different Kendra Scott store where the color bar was a focal point. All the sale items were easily marked and they even had a sale on the sale items. Some of the jewelry weren't labeled with a price tag which was kind of annoying
