  • Any company that gives you only 4 days to try their product RUN, I should have known better, system malfunctions within 7 days and no one in the company wants to help. All they do is blame You. They want to send out a technician but will only do it 9-5 when we have jobs and can't do those hours. When trying to select a time with scheduling and we couldn't find a time they send someone when they wanted to anyways when they knew we wouldn't be home. Left a note saying they stopped by without our permission. Now we are stuck with this horrible situation! A lawsuit will be pending on these crooks.
